Welcome to SpotifyTracked.com ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

SpotifyTracked is a free, publicly accessible analytics dashboard that displays Spotify artist metrics including monthly listeners, followers, total streams, historical trends, audience data, popular tracks, and releases. The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources and presents it in a user-friendly format with charts, rankings, and search functionality.

The Service is provided free of charge. No account, registration, or payment is required.

2. No Affiliation with Spotify

SpotifyTracked is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Spotify AB or any of its subsidiaries, partners, or affiliates. All Spotify-related trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. The use of these names on the Service is for informational and identification purposes only.

3. Data Accuracy and Availability

The metrics displayed on SpotifyTracked are sourced from third-party data aggregators and may not reflect real-time or official Spotify data. We make reasonable efforts to keep the data up to date but make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any displayed metrics
• The continuous availability of the Service or any particular data point
• The reliability of historical trend data or ranking positions

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. You should not rely on SpotifyTracked as the sole or authoritative source for any business, financial, or professional decision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to extract data from the Service at a rate or volume that degrades the experience for other users or overloads the infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or its backend systems
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access-control features
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display substantial portions of the Service's data or interface without prior written consent
• Misrepresent SpotifyTracked as an official Spotify product or service

5. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, code, and original content of SpotifyTracked are the property of SpotifyTracked and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The artist data displayed on the Service is sourced from third parties and remains the property of those parties or their respective licensors.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The CSV export feature is provided for personal reference and research. Systematic or bulk downloading of data for commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep SpotifyTracked available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpotifyTracked and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
